Who processes the data

The data is processed by AKORDO, a consulting practice working in sales transformation, CRM, business-process automation and solutions built on artificial intelligence.

What you send us yourself

Through the short diagnostic form you tell us your company, your role, the size of your team, a description of the task, who owns the change on your side, which systems and access are involved, how urgent it is, the topics of your enquiry, and one way to reach you: Telegram, phone or email. The form has no separate name field, so how you introduce yourself is up to you.

If you write in the site chat, we receive the text of your messages. Do not send passwords, access keys or other people’s personal data there.

What the site receives without your involvement

Like any website, ours receives the technical data of a request: IP address, browser and device type, the page you arrived from, and the date and time. Without it the page cannot be served and an automated scan cannot be told apart from a person.

If you arrived through a link carrying campaign tags, the site remembers those tags, the referring address and your entry page. That sits in your browser until you close the tab and reaches us only together with the form, if you fill it in. It is how we understand where an enquiry came from.

Cookies and browser storage

Until you choose something, the site sets no cookie at all. Browser storage is not empty, however: the site records straight away which page and which link you arrived through, and counts down to the diagnostic invitation. These entries are technical and hold no personal data about you.

Necessary cookies remember your answer to the cookie question and are kept for 180 days, after which we ask again.

Functional cookies remember the theme, the language, a dismissed language hint and the currency prices are shown in. They are kept for 365 days and appear only after you change the setting in question.

Analytics cookies appear only after you consent.

The site sets no marketing cookies, and the switch in the panel currently controls nothing: it only remembers your answer. If we ever add such tools we will update this Policy and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent separately. An answer given today is not consent to tools that do not yet exist.

Separately from cookies, the site uses browser storage. Held until you close the tab: campaign tags, the chat transcript, the identifier of the current conversation, and the state of proactive prompts — whether the diagnostic invitation has been shown and whether you answered it. Separately, once you send your first chat message, a technical chat visitor identifier appears in your browser. It stays until you clear the site data; it is a random string with no personal data in it, and it exists so the chat can recall the context of your earlier conversations.

This storage is not sent anywhere on its own. Campaign tags, however, travel with the form when you submit it, and the chat identifiers together with the address of the page you are writing from reach us with every message you send in the chat.

Analytics

Analytics is switched on by your consent alone. Until you give it, the analytics services do not load at all: they are absent from the page source and from your browser’s network requests.

You can change your answer at any time through "Cookie settings" at the foot of the page. Withdrawing consent switches analytics off.

Why we use this data

We process data in order to:

• reply to your enquiry through the channel you chose
• understand the task, assess it and prepare a proposal
• keep a record of enquiries so yours is not lost
• keep the site running, rate-limit automated requests and investigate security incidents
• with your consent, see anonymous statistics about how the site is used
• meet obligations placed on us by law

On what basis

Data from the form and the chat is processed to take steps, at your request, towards a possible agreement.

Technical logs and site protection rest on our legitimate interest in keeping the site working and not disabled.

Analytics runs on your consent alone, and you can withdraw it.

Some data we keep because the law requires it.

Sending the form is not a contract

Filling in the form and having a first conversation commit you to nothing, do not oblige AKORDO to take a project, and do not guarantee a reply within a fixed period.

We use the form data to handle your particular enquiry, not for mailings. We run no mailing list.

Who else receives the data

We do not sell data, do not pass it on for anyone else’s advertising, and take no automated decisions about you. Only the providers the site cannot run without receive data, each in the amount its function requires:

• hosting and delivery of the site, including server logs
• the database where enquiries are stored
• the CRM in which we work the enquiry
• the email service that delivers your confirmation
• the service that processes chat messages, including the provider of the AI model
• the error-monitoring service, which receives technical reports when the site fails
• the analytics service, and only where you have consented

Processing outside Ukraine

Some of our providers are foreign companies, so data may be processed outside Ukraine, including in the European Union.

We transfer data only where Ukrainian data-protection law permits it, and we use services that offer contractual safeguards. Claiming that data never leaves Ukraine would be untrue, so we do not claim it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and correspondence about a task are kept while the conversation runs, and afterwards for as long as we need to return to the question or confirm what was agreed. If work begins, the period is set by the agreement and by accounting requirements.

Your cookie answer is kept for 180 days; theme, language and currency settings for 365 days. Technical logs are kept for as long as the hosting provider’s configuration provides.

We deliberately do not quote a fixed number of months for enquiries: nothing deletes on a schedule yet, and naming a figure the systems do not honour would be inaccurate. You can ask us to delete your data sooner.

Your rights

In respect of your personal data you may:

• find out whether we process your data, and what exactly
• obtain a copy of it
• ask for inaccurate data to be corrected
• ask for it to be deleted
• withdraw consent to analytics
• object to processing
• complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights

How to exercise them

Write to partners@akordo.com.ua. We will answer within the period the law sets. Sometimes the law requires us to keep part of the data even after your request; in that case we will say what remains and why.

If you are in the European Economic Area and European data-protection law applies to a particular processing, you have the rights it provides. Use the same address.

Security

Traffic between your browser and the site is encrypted. Access to enquiries is limited to the people who need it to work on them.

Absolute protection does not exist and we do not promise it. We apply organisational and technical measures proportionate to the nature of the data we receive.

The site is not aimed at children

AKORDO works with businesses. The site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes to this policy

We update this policy when the way the site works changes. The current version is always on this page and the date of the last update is shown at the top.
