About these terms

By using the site you agree to follow these rules. If you do not agree with them, do not use the site.

These terms create no services agreement between us and oblige neither side to start working together.

What prevails over this document

If a services agreement, an order under it or a confidentiality agreement is signed between you and AKORDO, those documents govern the project in question. These terms govern use of the website and do not change what has been signed.

Site material

Service descriptions, methods, articles, cases and examples are informational. They are not advice on your situation and do not account for your context.

Decisions you take on the basis of general site material remain yours.

Prices and packages

Prices and ranges on the site are indicative and do not include VAT. They show the order of magnitude, not the final price of your project.

Publishing prices on the site is not an offer to contract on those terms. Scope, price, timing and payment are agreed individually in a proposal and in signed documents.

Prices may be displayed in different currencies for ease of comparison. The settlement currency is set by the agreement.

The primary diagnostic

The primary diagnostic is free and puts you under no obligation. It is a few questions in a form, followed by a conversation, so that we can understand the task and say honestly whether we can be useful.

It commits you to nothing, does not oblige AKORDO to take the project, and is not a full consultation or audit. Its outcome is a recommendation on where to start. If we can see the task is not ours, we will say so.

Enquiries through the form and the chat

When you send the form, give accurate information. Inaccuracies mostly hurt you: the assessment will be wrong.

Do not send passwords, access keys, payment card details or other people’s personal data through the form or the chat. System access is handed over separately and through a secure channel when the time comes.

The site chat runs on artificial intelligence. Its answers can be inaccurate, are not advice, and create no obligation for AKORDO.

How the site may not be used

When using the site you may not:

• break the law
• attempt unauthorised access or circumvent technical protection
• create load that disrupts the site for others
• send malicious code
• impersonate another person
• harvest content at scale by automated means without our consent

Rights in the material

The text, images, design, the AKORDO mark and the structure of the site belong to AKORDO or are used by us on a lawful basis.

You may read the site, save pages for your own use, and quote material with attribution within the limits the law allows.

Wholesale copying, republication, commercial use and derivative works are not permitted without our written consent.

Links to other resources

The site links to our social profiles and other external resources. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their data practices. Following a link puts you under that resource’s terms.

Availability

We try to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. It may be temporarily unavailable because of updates, maintenance or circumstances beyond our control.

We may change the structure, content and features of the site, and may discontinue individual features.

Limits of liability

The site is provided as it is. We are not liable for decisions taken solely on the general information published here, without a separate agreement to provide services.

Liability for particular work is set by the services agreement, not by this document.

These terms do not limit liability to the extent that the law does not allow it to be limited.

Cases and results

Cases describe particular situations at particular companies. The outcome depends on the starting state of the processes, the quality of the data, the team and the readiness to change, so a case is not a promise of the same result for your business.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page and the date of the last update is shown at the top. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the new version.

Law and contact

These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine. We resolve disputes by negotiation and, failing that, in court under Ukrainian law.
