It is best suited for small and medium-sized businesses where sales, service, or operations already require a systematic approach, and the solution owner and team are ready to embrace change.
How are prices determined?
The price ranges listed are approximate. The final price is agreed upon separately following a brief assessment and depends on the scope of work, the condition of the data, the number of systems, integrations, and the responsibilities of the parties.
What happens after the assessment?
You’ll receive a recommendation for the next step: a standalone audit, a limited implementation, a change program, or the decision to hold off on getting started for now.
How is work on the project structured?
We break the work down into manageable phases with specific deliverables, reviews, and decisions on whether to proceed. We define the scope, dependencies, exceptions, and roles before we begin.
What is expected of the client’s team?
This requires a solution owner, access to the necessary processes and data, stakeholders for validation, and a willingness to implement the agreed-upon changes. The exact list depends on the service.
Does AI replace managers or executives?
No. We use AI for specific scenarios: to eliminate routine tasks, assist with analysis, or highlight anomalies. Final commercial and managerial decisions remain with people.
What happens after launch?
We provide documentation and knowledge, designate an owner, and arrange support only where it is truly needed. Third-party services, licenses, and scope expansions are negotiated separately.
How do you handle confidential data?
If the task involves confidential or personal data, before access is granted, we agree roles, processing limits, and the necessary documentation. Sensitive data must not be transmitted via the public request form.
